HDS Securities
believes in ‘hands on' management at a local level. Directors,
Managers and Supervisors have considerable personal experience in commercial,
industrial and service environments. Our security teams operate under
locally based direction, a system that ensures that they are well motivated
and closely supervised.
All operatives
are backed by an effective communication system. Each individual Officer
has access to support and advice from Management and Supervisory staff
throughout the 24-hour period from Help Desk / Control Room located
at the Port of Tilbury.
This policy, plus
personal integrity, thorough training and emphasis on smart appearance,
creates a security team in which our clients can reliably place their
trust.
HDS Security
Officers are carefully chosen for their potential tact, patience,
and communication skills, they are trained to be alert and responsible.
Many of our staff have experience in the Armed Forces or Public Service.
They are, of course, fully vetted to BS 7858.

Quality Assurance
HDS Securities
is dedicated to the principles of Quality Assurance and
Control as embodied in ISO 9001:2008
Quality Management
System and BS 7499, the British Standard for Security.
Quality
Assurance is maintained by:
Continual supervisory and management assessment of the performance of
each individual Officer
Constant liaison
with the client for an objective view, and by a;
Continually upgrading
our training, administrative and operational systems.
HDS Securities
outsource its vetting to Link Personnel Screening to ensure
all our staff are vetted to the British Standards.
