Quality Assurance is maintained by continual supervisory and management assessment of the performance of each individual Officer, constant liaison with the client for an objective view, and by a continual process of upgrading our training, administrative and operational systems.
HDS Securities Ltd outsource its vetting to Link Personnel Screening. HDS Securities are proud to say that all our staff are vetted to the British Standards.
As a company objective, the employee is seen every week by his first point of contact with the Company – his/her Supervisor. The latter maintains a running assessment recorded in writing every six months; resulting in formal verbal appraisal/assessment between him and the Supervisor or the Operations Manager as appropriate. |
The employee will then be considered for refresher training, continuation training or promotion, whichever is appropriate. Whatever the outcome of the appraisal, the employee should always receive encouragement.
The client is asked to participate in a formal meeting with HDS Securities management, the regularity of which will be determined initially by mutual agreement before the commencement of the task; to help in the above described process; at the same time using the opportunity to report on his assessment of our performance.
At the same time, HDS Securities Ltd will take the opportunity to make any recommendations that have come to light as a result of their monitoring of the contract, during the most recent period. |
